Just as the name ‘Cashflow’, means the amount of money moving into and out of a business,
Robert teaches me How to become Free of Financial Bounded in early Pension Age..
How to make Money works for Us, not We work for Money..

In this game simulation, we play as the player who directly involved to make an investment, good or bad investment. We simply learn how to become StockHolder, Real Estate Owner, Accounter, familiar with Economy Terminology, etc.

Just as like as fact, we are still employee or maybe self-employee, this job will spend most of our lifetime, even till we do not have enough time to enjoy this awesome earth we are living, we do not have time use our money freely for our satisfaction -buy sport car, travel around the world, holiday with family-. We on the contrary works for money to pay government, insurance, electricity, taxes, education, healthy.

In this demonstration also we have the same situation.

The terminology of ‘Rat Race‘ in ‘Circle Track’, tells about the condition of most people who work for money. The accomplished mission is to go to ‘Fast Track‘, where the condition you have been free for any Financial even if you are affected the bad world financial issue.

In real life, Robert figures you out as Business Man -who builds own company to employ people: Bill Gates- or as Investor -who invests their money in valuable assets as Real Estate-.

*What I learn from Cashflow are about:

  • Short and Buy (in Stock Transactions)
    When we BUY stock, we need cash to buy, and it’s profit when the price goes up.
    In the contrary happens to SHORT, we do not need cash to SHORT, and it’s profit when the price goes down, but if it goes down, you will be demand.
  • DP (Downpayment)
    First paying in transaction..The uniqness in America that someone may buy a real estate without need to pay all the cost, we only pay the downpayment (even it can be $0), and pay the rest when the real estate has been sold to others.
  • Balance Sheet
    It is like as what an accounters do, it’s much more simple only to know how to manage our finance for healthy cashflow, there will be included: cashflow, payment, assets, and liabilities.
